CONDITION OF USE

By accessing Cammar Designs website you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. You should not access or use this website if you do not agree with these terms and conditions. Cammar Designs reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notification.

The content of this website is for your personal use only and must not be downloaded. You agree not to copy, distribute, reproduce or create derivative works from the content, including products seen within photographs.

ORDERING

Orders can be placed by Email at orders@cammardesigns.co.uk , by Telephone on 0116 2102155 or by Post to Cammar Designs, 17 Badgers Holt, Oadby, Leicester, LE2 5PU. Or online by filling in the Online Order Form.

Unless otherwise stated, all favour prices quoted include the finest quality sugared almonds or chocolate dragees in white or ivory.  An additional charge may be applicable for alternative fillings. Alternative Filling prices are shown on the Favour Fillings Page.

All invitations include printed inserts and co-ordinating envelopes, unless otherwise stated.

As all our stationery is handmade,  slight variations may occur between each item and any samples previously supplied.

Standard Order of service booklet inserts contain 4 printed sides (folded A4).  Maximum inserts are 10 sides (2 x folded A4 + Inside covers).

Proof reading is the responsibility of the client.  Once a proof has been accepted Cammar Designs take no responsibility for any unnoticed errors.  Please ensure that proofs are checked and double checked, as re-printing can incur additional costs.

Cammar Designs reserve the right to change any component of stationery, favours or decorations to an equivalent standard item, should there be any problems with availability of the original.  Any such changes will be advised on placement of order. All designs are subject to variation.  All photographs shown on our website are an indication , and must not be taken as a true representation of colour and design. Samples are available on request.  Cammar Designs will not be responsible for any colour or design discrepancies if a sample has not been requested. 

Any claims for shortages or damage must be made within a reasonable time from receipt of goods.  Claims must be made firstly by telephone on 0116 2102155, and followed up by letter to 17 Badgers Holt, Oadby, Leicester, LE2 5PU.

Samples

We are happy to send out  up to 2 samples of favours &  stationery for a nominal charge.  Some items may incur an additional sample charge.

We aim to send out samples within 14 days, however during busy times this can be longer as delivery or orders takes priority.

Pricing

All prices are quoted on this website in UK Pounds. Items these prices will be deemed to be correct at time of placing order. Cammar Designs reserve the right to change any pricing without prior notice.

Bespoke Items - All prices will be confirmed prior to order placement and quotes given will be valid for up to 7 days.

Delivery

All UK deliveries will be by Royal Mail prices are as follows.

Under 1Kg will be posted at current Royal Mail pricing + packaging.

1-2kg £4.99

2-4Kg £8.50

4-6Kg £9.50

Heavier parcel deliver prices will be quoted with order. If you require goods sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, please state on order and the cost will be confirmed prior to order confirmation.

Cammar Designs will always obtain a proof of posting which has a limited insurance value for goods.  If you would like to purchase additional insurance for your order, please advise at the time of placing the order.  Cammar Designs take no responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.  We will however on the customers behalf attempt to claim any insurance payments from Royal Mail, and upon receipt of any such payment refund this amount to the customer.

PAYMENT

Payment terms for all  orders is 100% of the total cost at time of placing order.  

For stationery orders a payment of 50% is due when placing the order, and the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to dispatch.  If the goods are required in less than 6 weeks, 100% of the payment must be made when placing the order.

Payment can be made by cheque or postal order, Credit or Debit Card.  Cheques payable to Cammar Designs. Payment should be sent to - 17 Badgers Holt, Oadby, Leicester, LE2 5PU.

Credit and Debit Card payments are made to PayPal, a secure payment service.

Please note that no goods will be despatched until funds have cleared.

Cancellation

In line with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Act, Cammar Designs provides you with a seven day "cooling off" period after an order is placed,  during this time you are able to cancel or return the full or part order. This only applies to goods which are returned unopened, unused and are in their original packaging. Cammar Designs take no responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. No refund is made on P & P unless the item is faulty.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
