When you click the Submit button, your order will be sent directly to our orders department.  They will then contact you by email to confirm your order and issue an order number.  If you have selected to pay by Debit/Credit card, you will also receive instructions on how to make payment.  All our Debit/Credit card payments are processed through PayPal, a secure on line payment service.

Following receipt of payment, orders are usually despatched within 4 - 6 weeks for made to order goods, and 14 - 28 days for other items.  An estimated despatch time will be given on your order confirmation.  Should you need to receive your goods sooner than the quoted delivery times, please let us know in the additional information box, and will make every effort to accommodate.

Orders over £500 qualify for FREE delivery

All other UK deliveries will be either by Royal Mail or Courier prices are as follows.

Under 1kg - Current Royal Mail pricing + Packaging

1 - 2 kg - £4.99

2 - 4 kg - £8.50

Next Day Courier - £12.00

Insurance -

Up to the value £100 - £1.00

Up to the value £250 - £2.25

Heavier or multiple parcel deliveries prices will be quoted with order.  If you wish your goods sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, please state in additional information on order form.

Cammar Designs will always obtain a proof of posting receipt, which has a limited insurance value for goods. If you wish to purchase additional insurance for your order, please state on the order form. Cammar Designs take no responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.  We will however obtain a proof of postage, and give every assistance when making a claim.

Payment

Payment terms for all orders, is 100% on order confirmation.

Payment can be made by Cheque, Postal Order, Credit or Debit Card.  Cheques should be made payable to Cammar Designs.  Credit/Debit card payments are processed through PayPal, an online secure payment service.
